WELCOME TO THE 2020 ONLINE LIVESTOCK AUCTION
HEALDSBURG FUTURE FARMERS COUNTRY FAIR
The auction will be different this year than in years past. Due to a statewide virus, we were forced to cancel our livestock show and reach for an ONLINE livestock auction. While many things are being cancelled due to state and local restrictions we are trying, our best to help many of our exhibitors still have the pride and ability to show off their hard work. We are hoping for continued community support to alleviate these hard times for our exhibitors. However, we also understand the economic hardships facing many of our local buyers and businesses, and we appreciate any support to get through this difficult time together.
TWO WAYS TO BUY
CUSTOM: Buyer pays full price. Purchased animals will be sent for slaughter, and then returned to either Bud’s Custom Meats, Willowside Meats, or Sonoma County Meat Company. You MUST indicate which facility you prefer on your purchase. Slaughtering charges will be added to your HFFCF invoice as follows:
Beef - $300 Swine - $45 Lambs - $50 Goats - $53 Rabbits - $36. The processing plant cannot supply whole carcasses.
RESALE: Buyer pays the difference between bid price and support price. The Fair Board pays the support price. Below are the support prices: (TO BE UPDATED 1-2 DAYS PRIOR TO AUCTION)
Beef: $1.20/lb Swine: $0.30/lb Lamb: $0.80/lb Goat: $2.70/lb
Multiple Buyers - If there are multiple buyers to be recognized for the lot you purchased, please contact us by the close of the auction to ensure correct recognition & invoice accuracy.
PAYMENT: All livestock sales are considered cash sales and cash, check or Visa/MasterCard are accepted. Buyers will be invoiced after the close of the sale from the Healdsburg Future Farmers Country Fair. The credit card used to register on EZ2Bid.com will NOT be charged.

The usual standard return of cut and wrapped meat varies in different animals and kind of trim & cut desired. A good rule of thumb is 50% net on beef and lamb, and 75% net on swine. Cut, wrap, freeze and smoking charges are usually based on the net weight.
