I am a freshman and attend Corning High School and this is my market hog Greasy ear tag #689. This is my 5th year raising a pig starting in 4-H now in FFA.In January, I purchased Greasy. He is a Hampshire cross. I was excited to show this year with my other friends in the Corning FFA Swine Group but unfortunately due to the corona virus the Tehama District Fair has been canceled and the Jr. Livestock Auction will be broadcast online at www.EZBid.com. There are lots of things that I have learned since I joined the market swine group. I have learned about proper feeding, the proper way to care for him as well as record keeping and budget. Other things that I enjoy doing is riding my dirt bike, softball and basketball.
