My name is Taylor Gilbert, I am a 6th grader at Richfield Elementary School. This is my 3rd year raising hogs for the Tehama District Fair. I love the challenge of selecting, caring for, and designing a specific feeding plan. This year has been a tough year. We had a barn fire and lost everything in it, including all our tack and supplies along with my first set of hogs. I feel very fortunate that I was able to get two more great quality animals from my breeder. I am looking forward to raising a steer next year. Thank you for your time and consideration.
