Hi my name is Jack Kerr and this is my first year in 4-H. I have been waiting for years to be able to do 4-H because I have an old brother and sister that have been doing it for a long time and it looks fun. This year I have a Hereford steer named Nibbles. Nibbles is a quite steer and I really like him. When I first got him, he did not lead very good and he is still a little stubborn. Nibbles weighs about 1250 pounds and eats 20 pounds of grain a day and all the grass hay he wants. I have had fun in 4-H this year.I like to ride my dirt bike, ride my horse, go fishing and hang out with my friends. I go to Reeds Creek School and I am in the 3rd grade. I love recess because I get to play soccer with my friends. I have had fun being out of school early this year because I got to help my mom and dad on the ranch and got to ride my horse a bunch but I have missed my friends and teachers at school.
