Hi my name is Maia Mayer, I am 12 years old and a 7th Grader at Lassen View Elementary. I have been in Los Molinos 4-H for 8 years, this is my 2nd year raising and showing a market steer with the Antelope Beef group. My steers name is Stitch and he lets me lay on him and he loves scratches. I purchased him in June last year so I have had a lot of time to hang out and get to know him. I really really missed not getting to experience fair this year with Stitch. I plan on using some of the money I make from selling Stitch to buy a steer for next year and saving the rest.
