My name is Ethan Sutfin, I am 13 years old and a seventh grader at Mercy Stream Academy. This is my fourth year raising a market beef steer with Westside 4H Club. I continue to learn each and every year I participate in 4H. This year I raised Oreo a British White Park steer who weighs approximately 1400 lbs. It has been a lot of work but definitely worth it seeing my steer grow and gain so well.
