My name is Claire Boles, I am an 8th grader at Capay Elementary School. I like to play volleyball and basketball. I am a member of the District 1 jr. high rodeo team. This is my 9th year in Lake 4-H. I have been showing market pigs for 5 years. My other 4-H projects have included quilting and dummy roping. My favorite part of raising pigs is taking care of them, feeding them and giving them baths. This is my pig Gunter, he was born and raised at my house. He has been walked and bathed almost every day. At first long walks were a struggle but now he is used to them. He likes to eat a mixture of pig feed, oats and powdered milk. Thank you very much for supporting the Glenn Ag Expo.
