Hi my name is Teresa Mendonca and this will be my seventh year of selling goats. This year my goats name is Dewey I goat him from a breeder in Elk creek in January. Though I am sad that I will not get to participate in the fair I am glad that all the hard work that exhibitors have put into their animals will be seen. This year is my first year selling through the Chico FFA program, I am currently a sophomore at Chico High School and some of my agricultural classes include welding and Ag chemistry. I also play field hockey in the fall for Chico High and I am a teen leader for the 4-H archery project and had 4-H camp not been canceled I would have been a camp councilor. I look forward to being able to go to fair next year to see all my friends and compete in the show.
