My name is Kate Grimsman. I am a junior at Hamilton high school and this is my eighth year showing a market steer. This year I am showing two steers. I raised this calf out of a cow that I showed as a heifer. Being able to show a calf that I have raised and worked with since day one has been a great experience. Along with being able to show him I have also completed a beef proficiency that won our region the last two years. I spend a lot of time working with my steers and I am very passionate about not only showing but the entire cattle industry. I continue to learn so many new things each and every year. I am so thankful for the opportunity to show and sell my market steer at the Glenn Ag Expo. Thank you
