My name is Kaitlyn Kampmann, I am 16 years old and a Sophomore at Hamilton High School. I have been involved with the Hamilton City FFA for 2 years and I currently serve as the Vice President for my chapter. I have been a participating at the Glenn County Fair for 6 years raising market lambs and dairy replacement heifers. This is my market lamb McQueen he weighs approximately 135 pounds at the time of the entry but I estimate he will weigh 145 pounds by the auction. I purchased my market lamb in January from Henning Family Club Lambs and have been feeding, walking and grooming him since then. Raising my market lamb has taught me how to be responsible for taking care of something that relies on me to survive. The money that I make from selling my animal will go into my college fund as well as into next year's lamb project.
