Hello! My name is Peyton Pratt. I am 10 years old and I have been in Richmond 4H for six years. This is my second year in the lamb project. Gus is a 7 month old wether that is a Hampshire cross. With him I have learned about sheep nutrition and handling a very large lamb.Lady is a fancy and friendly 7 month old ewe that is a Hampshire cross. She is out of Went Livestock in Creston, Nebraska. (wentlivestock.com)In the past years in 4H, I have shown mini-moos, poultry and rabbits, as well as done quilting and arts & crafts. I enjoy school and multiple sports, and in school I am a straight A student.This year has been the most challenging because I could not meet in person with my project leaders and work with the other 4H kids on our projects. But, it has been really nice to spend more time and focus on my animals at home and learn more about their needs and work with them more consistently. I wish you happy bidding, Fair Time IS FUN time!
